WHO WE ARE
BACKGROUND
Love To Love is a Registered Organization founded in 2010 by a group of youth from different backgrounds who became deeply concerned about the prevalence of HIV/AIDS and other public health issues. Witnessing the devastating impact of these diseases on individuals, families, and communities, they decided to take action and make a positive difference in society.
As part of the registration process, Love To Love was officially registered as a community-based organization in 2013 under registration number LUB/12/432. Recognizing the need for a legal framework to guide its operations, it was also registered as a company limited by guarantee in the same year under registration number 11037. This provided Love To Love with the necessary structure and governance to effectively carry out its mission. In 2014, the organization further expanded its recognition by obtaining non-governmental organization status under registration number 11074, solidifying its commitment to addressing public health issues and advocating for the rights of vulnerable populations.
VISION
At Love To Love, our vision is to create a society free of health-damaging illnesses such as HIV/AIDS and other diseases. We envision a world where all vulnerable people, regardless of their circumstances, have the opportunity to realize their potential and enjoy their fundamental rights. Through our work, we strive to promote health, well-being, and empowerment for individuals and communities.
MISSION
Our mission is to educate and prevent infectious diseases, with a primary focus on HIV/AIDS, as well as to promote mental health and well-being. We are dedicated to restoring hope to those in need, particularly orphans and vulnerable children, by providing comprehensive support and empowering them to overcome the challenges they face. By broadening our scope to include mental health, we aim to address the holistic needs of individuals and promote a society that prioritizes both physical and mental well-being.
